Policies & Procedures

At Petrissage Remedy, our mission is to provide exceptional, personalized treatment in a safe and respectful environment. These policies and procedures are the foundation to protect both your wellbeing and our practitioners' ability to deliver consistent and quality care. 

Please take a moment to review these important guidelines before your visit. â€‹ 

Health & Wellness

To ensure the safety and well-being of everyone, we kindly ask that clients experiencing any contagious condition, such as fever, flu, colds, COVID-19, stomach viruses, skin infections, or unexplained rashes, reschedule their appointment.

If you are feeling unwell, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. We are happy to help you schedule a new time once you are fully recovered. 

Cancellation 

We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur 100% fee for the service scheduled —payable before your next session. We also reserve the right to require credit card information to be given to book future appointments so that appropriate fees may be charged if a late cancellation does occur. ​

Exceptions: Your safety and ours come first. If you are ill (fever, contagious condition, or recent vomiting/diarrhea) or weather makes travel hazardous, please reschedule—no penalty applies. We’ll extend the same courtesy for clinic closures.

No-shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a "no-show." They will be charged 100% for their scheduled session. 

Late Arrival

Running Late? We get it -- life happens! Just give us a quick call or text if you are delayed so we can try to accommodate you. 

To keep things fair for all clients, your session will end at the scheduled time, and the full service fee will apply. 

We appreciate your understanding and effort to be on time. It helps us keep everything running smoothly for everyone!
